⟣ Working with Your Inner Children (4 MODULES):

Explore how our younger parts continue to shape our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships throughout life. These modules provide a practical framework for recognising, understanding and working therapeutically with the different inner children that influence our wellbeing and sense of self.
Understanding the development of our inner children and their role in adult life
Recognising protective, vulnerable and adaptive patterns
Working safely and compassionately with younger parts in a therapeutic setting
Supporting integration, healing and lasting personal transformation

⟣ Holistic Expressive Arts (4 MODULES):

Discover how creative processes can deepen therapeutic work by helping clients access emotions, insight and self-expression beyond words. These modules introduce a range of experiential approaches that can be integrated into counselling and holistic practice.
Using collage, drawing and other creative processes therapeutically
Working with emotions through expressive arts
Exploring symbolism, metaphor and the creative unconscious
Designing safe, experiential interventions that support insight, healing and transformation
